Confident Sober Women

The Masculine Energy Within You w/Amy Louise Cash

Shelby Episode 69

Amy Louise Cash suffered a very traumatic experience as a teenager that eventually led her to turn to alcohol and drugs. She used drugs and alcohol to gain confidence to talk to men, yet struggled in relationships with men and fear.

Amy struggled with self-worth. Realized she was using alcohol as coping mechanism, gave up alcohol and realized she wanted a relationship.

Any found there is a healthy masculine energy within us as women that we need to connect with and rely on to make us feel safe as opposed to seeking that solely from relationships with men.

Communication is key in relationships- discussing with our partners whether we still hold the same values/are still in alignment.

You can find Amy on her website www.withamylouisecash.com or on Instagram @Amylouisecash
