In today's episode, I am thrilled to have the remarkable Lisa Boucher as my guest. Lisa is not only an author, but also a trained polo horse handler, former bartender, and a registered nurse. After transforming her own life, Lisa got sober at the age of 33, and her incredible story has touched the lives of many. Her book, Raising The Bottom: Making Mindful Choices in a Drinking Culture, received accolades including being a finalist in the International Book Awards in health, addiction, and recovery, and winning the USA Best Book Award in women's health in 2017.
