Shelby Episode 136

What’s it like after a year? That is the theme of today's conversation and Hadley did not disappoint. We did into the identity issues that are sure to arise after we stay sober, the changes in our relationships, and the bubbling up of the desires of our hearts.

Hadley is an avid distance runner, a woman in long-term sobriety, a mother of three, and an author of an up-and-coming book.
