Shelby

Oliveyah was born into a cult and often found herself living in a “drama triangle”. She used Alanon to help her learn how to take responsibility for her life and stop being a victim. Oliveyah learned she could change her next thought and her next action.

Today, Oliveyah helps other people be in alignment with the choices they have. This process is so important as we grow into emotional sobriety, learn to trust ourselves again and make the choices that take us to the future self we envision.

Oliveyah shares about the importance of looking for things to give up or let go of in order to get through a tough time rather than adding things. This requires knowing what you actually want as specifically as possible. Then you give up something in relation to that thing. Stay tuned she shared an amazing example of how she did this in her own life.
