Show Notes

With 72% of people in recovery saying that struggle with sleep even well beyond getting sober, this is a pretty important topic.

So if you are one of these statistics you aren’t alone, but have no fear! there are natural solutions related to emotional sobriety but also the reduction of anxiety and stress that deeply affects sleep.

One thing for sure is you must radically transform your daily routines in order to get healthier sleep, have more energy and a clearer mind.

Because insomnia in recovery can lead to a series of negative side effects

In this episode I share the 5 ways to create healthy sleep that I teach women in recovery but we will focus on the first one Creating A Sleep Sanctuary!

And if you haven't read my memoir, grab a copy today and maybe a second one for a friend. There is so much hope in recovery, and I shared my story so raw and vulnerably so that others would know they aren't alone and that there is a way to live well, manage relationships, parent your kids, and have a healthy body, all while staying sober.
