Transforming our daily habits and routines is a huge part of doing the work of emotional sobriety and building confidence beyond recovery.

Today we are jumping head first into another area of this important but often one of the most challenging for so many American women.  Let’s talk about food! If you are anything like me I am in LOVE with food. I like most foods including most healthy foods especially fruits and vegetables.

If you have listened to the other podcast episodes over the past month or so you know the importance of having strong routines when you are building confidence beyond recovery. It is a guiding principle on the journey towards discipline, self awareness and ultimately freedom.

And we all have to start somewhere. From wherever we are. And take certain steps consistently over time to create habits. This is no different when it comes to taking care of your physical body.
