Today I want to share with you 5 simple ways to get yourself out of that space and back into alignment with who you really want to be.

Most of the time after carful consideration we can see that the "off" feeling comes when we are living out of alignment with our core values. Our brains know what the most important things are to us and we go against it creates anxiety and confusion.
