Show Notes

The relationship between addiction and eating disorders is well documented. Isabel Foxen Duke is a sober woman with expertise on disordered eating. She has been through her own journey of undoing the thinking patterns that came from diet culture from a very young age and now she shares her experience with so many others.

Asking yourself good questions leads to HUGE changes!  Isabel talks about intuitive eating and the relationship we have with our bodies. Asking yourself “what’s more important to me, sanity or thinness”. Starting this journey is a Step 1 for developing a healthy, calm, peaceful relationship with food and yourself.

Isabel has a great e-book and a three part video series to help explain further the causes of binge eating and how to take control of that. You can learn more about her on her website https://isabelfoxenduke.com.

Isabel is also a member of the Confident Sober Women Facebook group where you can reach out for more information or ask questions.
